3-car driveway example
Traditional seasonal snow pricing can make a homeowner pay for an assumed winter. Yard Loop does it differently. Part of your monthly payment funds your own Snow Reserve. When snow removal actually happens, the cost comes out of that reserve. If it barely snows, the money stays in the reserve.
You do not lose what you do not use. Whatever is not spent on plowing stays in your reserve for the next winter, and once it reaches its target the monthly contribution pauses. And we come whatever the balance says — in a hard winter the work is dispatched regardless, and later contributions catch it up. An unused balance is not refunded in cash if you leave, but it carries to a new agreement at the same home.
