This page summarizes the terms that govern your Yard Loop subscription. The complete terms are presented in full, and incorporated by reference, in the Service Agreement you sign when you subscribe.
Yard Loop plans are 12-month (or 24-month) service agreements. Your monthly price is locked for the full term. Monthly billing spreads the expected annual service balance across the term and does not guarantee the same number of visits every month; seasonal work is performed at appropriate times of year based on weather, access, contractor availability, and service type. By subscribing, you authorize Yard Loop to charge your saved payment method automatically each month for the term of your agreement, beginning upon completion of your first service.
Estimates are preliminary until reviewed, corrected if needed, and accepted in a signed agreement. Yard Loop may correct obvious pricing, measurement, service, or data-entry errors before final approval.
You may cancel or place service on hold with 30 days’ written notice. There is no fee to cancel. If services already delivered to you are worth more than what you’ve paid at the time of cancellation, that difference is charged to you. If you’ve paid more than the value of services delivered, no refund is given for cancelling before your term ends.
A scheduled visit may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. A $50 fee may apply when a contractor has already been assigned or dispatched.
Services are performed by vetted independent contractors coordinated by Yard Loop — they are not Yard Loop employees. Full terms, including liability, governing law, and communications consent, are in your signed Service Agreement. Questions may be sent to info@yard-loop.com.
