Your price is locked for the life of your agreement.

Example pricing

See what a Yard Loop plan can look like

Here’s an example for a typical Omaha-area home — a quarter-acre lawn and a two-car driveway. Yours will be different, because your price is built from your own lawn, windows, gutters and driveway. Use these to see the shape of it.

Your home may cost less or more

Your actual price depends on your property measurements, service selections and service requirements.

Driveway size and snow needs are part of your personalized property calculation. The examples above use a typical 2–3 car driveway for illustration.

What moves the price: lawn size · number of windows · gutter length · driveway size · home and perimeter measurements · which services you choose · how often you want them · current service costs · anything specific to your property.

Don’t need everything above?

No problem. Start with one service, a few services, or have Yard Loop manage nearly everything outside your home. You’re not picking a package — you choose the services your home needs and we build the plan around them.

The alternative

You are probably paying for most of this already

Not all at once, and never on one bill — a lawn service in summer, somebody for the gutters in autumn, a pest treatment when they turn up. Separately, none of it feels like much. Here is what those same jobs cost across a year at higher-end local retail rates, hired one company at a time.

These are not Yard Loop prices, and they are the top of the range rather than the average. Your own numbers will differ — that is rather the point. Most people have never added theirs up.

  1. Lawn mowing28 visits × $75$2,100/yr
  2. Exterior window cleaning2 cleanings, up to 25 windows$460/yr
  3. Gutter cleaning150 ft × $2.50 × 2 cleanings$750/yr

Why homeowners move to Yard Loop

One company. One monthly price, locked when you sign. Same work, roughly the same money — what changes is that it stops being your job. No chasing five companies, no remembering which one is due when, no five separate bills landing in five different months. And the price does not move for the term: it is set at signing and stays there.

How the example plan is built

The example below includes a monthly snow reserve — the retail figure above does not include snow at all, so the two are not the same list of work.

$274.00 example home services$75.00 Snow Reserve contribution$349 example monthly plan

This breakdown is illustrative — it shows how the Complete example is made up, not what any particular home will pay. Your own price is built from your property and the services you choose.

The reason it never feels like $4,500

It never arrives as one bill. It arrives across four seasons, from different companies, months apart:

  • Spring lawn treatments and exterior maintenance
  • Summer mowing and pest control
  • Fall gutters, windows and continued lawn care
  • Winter snow removal

Yard Loop puts the services you choose into one coordinated plan — one point of contact, one portal, one payment a month, and a snow reserve.

The snow part works differently from a seasonal contract: your monthly payment builds a reserve, and plowing is paid out of it. A mild winter does not mean you paid for nothing — whatever is left stays in your reserve for the next one, and your contributions pause once it is full.

One plan. One monthly payment. One place to manage it all.

Individual service pricing varies by provider, property, service requirements and market conditions. This comparison illustrates higher-end local retail pricing for the example property sizes and service frequencies shown above. Your actual Yard Loop price is calculated specifically for your home and selected services.

Why yours will differ

Your monthly plan is custom because your home is custom.

The examples above are worked illustrations, not a price list — an accurate number requires knowing your property. Here is exactly what determines your monthly price.

🏠

Property size & access

Yard size, home size, windows, gutters, driveway, and access all factor in. No two properties cost the same.

🧰

Services you select

A plan with mowing only costs less than one that adds gutters, windows, snow, and washing. You pick it — we price it.

📍

Route & location

Homes in the same area served on the same contractor route are more efficient. That organization is built into your price.

❄️

Seasonal needs

Snow removal, gutter cleanings, mulch, and sprinkler blowouts add seasonal weight. Yard Loop accounts for the full calendar.

Fair, competitive pricing

Priced to compete — built to be worth it.

Yard Loop pricing stays competitive with hiring each service on its own — but instead of juggling separate contractors, chasing quotes, and tracking a stack of invoices, you get every exterior service coordinated under one plan and one monthly bill. You're not paying more for the convenience. You're paying a fair market rate for the work, and getting the organization, scheduling, and single point of contact at no premium.

What your monthly price includes

Your plan covers more than just the labor.

A Yard Loop plan is a fully managed service — not a list of contractor phone numbers. Here is everything wrapped into that one monthly number.

📋

Route planning & scheduling

Every service scheduled automatically by season and type. You never call, remind, or follow up.

🛡️

Licensed & insured contractors

Every contractor vetted, insured, and approved before stepping on your property.

📸

Before & after photos

Photo documentation on every completed job. Quality verified, every single visit.

☎️

One point of contact

One company, one number, one email. You deal with Yard Loop — we deal with everyone else.

📅

Seasonal coordination

Every seasonal service tracked and scheduled at the right time automatically.

💳

Predictable monthly billing

No surprise invoices. One number covers everything in your plan, every month.

Common questions

Pricing questions, answered.

Why is there no fixed price list?

Every property is different. A small lot with mowing costs far less than a larger home with gutters, windows, snow, and washing. A single posted number would be wrong for almost everyone — so the examples above show the shape of it, and your own price is built around your home.

What does it actually cost?

It depends on your property and the services you choose. Yard Loop gives you an exact monthly price after reviewing your property — before anything starts.

Do I see my price before signing anything?

Yes. You receive your custom monthly price and review it before any service agreement begins. No surprises. No pressure.

Is there a contract?

Yard Loop plans are annual service agreements with monthly payment options. You can cancel with 30 days written notice at any time.

What if I only want one or two services?

Fine. You pick exactly what you want — even just mowing and snow removal. The plan is built around your choices.

Are there startup fees or hidden charges?

No startup fees. Your monthly price covers the services you selected. One-time add-on services are quoted separately and require your approval before any work begins.

Simple promise

You see your price before anything starts.

Your custom monthly price is reviewed and approved before any service agreement begins. No hidden fees. No pressure. No guessing.
