Common questions
When should I book?
Earlier than most people expect. The installation window is only a few weeks long and every household in the metro wants the same fortnight. September and October bookings get a choice of dates; late November often does not.
Do you take the lights down as well?
Yes, and the takedown is scheduled as part of the service. That is deliberately not left to you to arrange in January.
Can you light trees and railings, not just the roof?
Yes. Rooflines, peaks, columns, porch railings, wreaths and landscape features can all be included — the design stage is where you decide what is being lit.
Will the fixings damage my roof?
Not when the right clips are used for the surface. Improvised fixings and staples are what damage a roof edge, which is why fixing method is part of the job rather than an afterthought.
Can I book this without a Yard Loop plan?
Yes. Christmas lights can be a standalone seasonal service, or part of a plan that handles the rest of your exterior across the year.
What affects the price?
The length of the runs, the height and complexity of the roofline, how many features are being lit, and access. That is why the design conversation comes before any number.
