When do you come out?
At the agreed snowfall trigger for your plan rather than on a judgement call. The standard trigger and the alternatives are explained when the plan is built, so you know before winter what will and will not bring a crew out.
How is snow charged?

Do you clear sidewalks and steps as well as the driveway?
Where your plan includes them, yes. Walks and steps are usually hand-cleared and are listed separately from the driveway so you know exactly what is covered.
Can I add snow to a plan I already have?
Yes, and the sensible time is well before winter. Coverage arranged in October is straightforward; coverage requested during the first storm is not.
Do you handle commercial properties?
Commercial and multi-unit snow is handled separately from residential service. Contact us directly and we will talk through it properly rather than quoting it off a residential page.
What affects the price?
Driveway size is the main factor, along with the amount of walkway and whether de-icing is included. The property is measured rather than estimated.
