Each surface is a separate selection — house, driveway, deck, patio and fence are priced on their own measurements, so you can take one without the others. Roof washing, oil-spot treatment and surface restoration are handled as separate jobs.
House washing is normally scheduled once a year, usually in late spring. Other surfaces can be added to the same visit. Your own plan shows the exact schedule for your property before you agree to anything.

Common questions
Will pressure washing damage my siding?
It can, which is why house washing is done as a soft wash — low pressure plus a cleaning solution rather than force. High pressure on siding drives water behind the laps and only removes the surface of the growth, so it comes back sooner.
How often should a house be washed?
About once a year for most homes here, typically in late spring. Shaded and north-facing elevations grow algae faster and are usually the reason a house starts to look tired.
Can you clean my deck before I stain it?
Yes, and that is the right order. The timber then needs to dry properly before stain goes on — how long depends on the weather, and rushing it is the usual reason a finish fails early.
Do I have to take all the surfaces?
No. House, driveway, deck, patio and fence are separate selections. Plenty of people start with just the driveway or just the house.
Is this a one-time service or part of a plan?
Either. It can be a single job, or scheduled annually as part of your plan so it happens without being booked each year.
What affects the price?
The square footage of each surface, the height and access of the house, and how many surfaces are done on the same visit. Everything is measured rather than estimated from photographs.
